The nursing supervisor Michelle provided in depth education in all client care during orientation. Michelle is one of the best nursing supervisors I have ever worked for. She is , literally, available 24/7 for any questions or concerns the nurse may have. Michelle has extensive knowledge, is patient, understanding and will always take the time to help her nurses. Michelle is always available for anything the nurses needs in regards to their client's care and education. Allure has a very impressive client base. Clients that require extensive medical care in the home, VIP clients, clients from all mutlicultural and socio economic backgrounds. Allure's geographic base is very impressive, Allure covers all 5 Boroughs. Allure's management team offers 24/7 support to their nurse's. Educational classes whenever you need a refresher course. They are always flexible and work so hard in scheduling nurses' clients close to where the RN lives. But I know most of the RN's will gladly travel to any of the 5 boroughs. I work with one scheduler, Yafresi. Yafresi consistently keeps a calm, patient, warm, cheery and professional demeanor with all her nurses. She is amazing in terms of being sensitive to the nurse's work needs, hours requested and even tries to schedule clients near the nurses' home. Allure takes 100% care of their nurses. Thank You! “We've been using Aloe Care about three years now for our mom and they've been aces! We recently had some issues replacing the emergency button she wears on her wrist and that was a bit of a grind but once we got the right person from our end on the phone with their folks, we resolved the issue. It took an hour and the customer service rep Joseph was right there with me the whole time and was very professional and quite congenial. We even shared a few laughs.

We have one piece (a fall sensor) that they have discontinued but still support that may or may not keep working. He told me that if it stops functioning they'll get me a new piece to replace it.

“Teresa Lewis came to us within 4 hours of needing someone for my dear friend who lives alone and was being discharged from the hospital. She was an angel sent from heaven. She came prepared to stay as long as needed around the clock for just over 3 weeks. She is pleasant and obviously very experienced. She gave great care to my friend taking care of her physical needs at the same time allowing her to regain her independence. We communicated daily during that time. Before she left Teresa cooked a week’s worth of meals and labeled them for her client. I highly recommend her.“
