I had a hair unit done by Geiva. And she ghosted me. I paid a lot of money to get this done. She kept saying she would schedule a appointment for the reinstall. But stop responding. The worst part about that. Is I have to go to someone else and pay the full amount again. When I should be paying a fracture of the cost for six months!! Awful costumer service. Exceptionally clean!!! Great atmosphere. Great music. A lot of love which can be seen in every hairdo when a customer is done. The salon can do any hairstyle but I was there for my natural hair. It was the first time I left a salon without my hair texture being altered.. Kudos to you Jeanette. Definitely going back.
