This is a really nice, very centrally located studio for the uptown community. I took a vinyasa class that was serene and just what I needed. It ended with a five minute meditation. Definitely check it out if you are looking for an easy non intimidating yoga practice
Came here with a a girlfriend of mine and fell in love with the class. It was my first time ever engaging in a yoga class. The general area is nice and prices are great! Our instructor made everyone feel very comfortable all while challenging them, but in very supportive way. I would definitely come back.
Each instructor has a frequency that is easy to enjoy, breath , and vibe with . I love that there’s a new flow and theme consistently to compliment the practice . I’ve found myself tapping into these themes in real world situations . Their Vinyasa , Yin & Restorative classes are my favs .
