When I came to Gary in Feb. 2023 I hadn't worked out in over 3 years mostly due to two moves and then the pandemic. I also had a history of injuries, mostly to my neck. Gary was understanding and created a number of routines that pushed and stretched my abilities while also keeping my injuries in mind. He's a gentle motivator when you're already motivated and a little more nudging when it's needed (w/o being a drill instructor!). He offers more than just workouts and can help with nutrition and diet planning as well. Now, a year later, I've broken a lot of personal bests without injury and am lifting heavier than I was 10 years ago!Thank you Gary!
Gary you are the best !!!! I really wanted to start w this cuz he really is. I was so out of shape, didn't wanna work out for so long, tried many places or classes etc and found Gary!!! It's been a month (3 days a week) I'm w him and I already feel the big difference. I'm leaner , I have so much energy , I'm stronger and ofcourse happier !! He motivates you the way you just wanna do it you just wanna finish the sessions!! Love it! Thank you Gary can't wait to see even more differences on my body or my life next month or the next one or the next lol
Gary is awesome!!! A couple coworkers and I saw his Boot Camp class on living social and since it's so close to our office, it was a no brainer. I'm only the second week into my first month, but I could tell by the 4th class how much my endurance was improving. What I love about his boot camp class is that people from all fitness levels can take it at the same time. You could be a super active/exercise frequently or looking to lose 20+ pounds, and everyone will be sweating and tired by the end of class. Gary does a great job at creating exercises on how well everyone is handling the class, and he really cares about helping everyone reach their fitness goals. Although the first couple classes will make you super sore, I really look forward to going to Boot Camp now! Take his classes!!
