Greenwich Village Funeral Home is the best to take care of your loved when the time comes. I had the pleasure to work with Jennifer and Joel on two different occasions. They both made the very stressful time very smooth and put me at ease. Their compassion and attention to detail is above anything you will experience. Jennifer helped me in June 2023, when my friend's mother passed and I was placed into the situation of having to take care of her funeral. She helped me through the process with an outstanding viewing and funeral. I then worked with Joel when my friend, a retired NYPD officer, passed in May 2024. From the moment that I called in my very upset state, I was met with sympathy support and respect I could not have 4710 hoped for a better experience from start to finish at our time of grieving. We felt supportive and supported, and taken care of I highly highly recommend them.
I wanted to express my gratitude for the experience my family recently had with Greenwich Village funeral home.In the difficult days after our loss, we were comforted by the genuine compassion and guidance shown by Peter , Jennifer , Jared and the entire staff. They were friendly, attentive and understanding as they guided us every step of the way ,helping create the serene atmosphere we wanted .Everything was done in a tasteful manner , including flowers ,music ,and the video display of photo memories .The room was set up beautifully .
