I took my puppy here while we lived in the area. They were very direct about pricing, and adored my dog. She was always excited when we walked past the vet, and loved popping in to say hi. I’ve never had a pet so comfortable at a vet’s office before. If I move back to NYC, I would go back here even if I’m not in the west village.

my new home for my most precious baby boy Bowie. They took excellent care of him, gave him a complete work up and caught a disease very early before it could do harm. Further, they helped me make contact with two separate compounding pharmacies (the first one was unable to deliver in a timely fashion, so they found me a replacement immediately).The kindness and expertise shown by everyone from the front desk to the examination room is very impressive, and I have no doubt that my kitty is in the best of hands.They’ve got so much on site, from medicine to specialist who can perform all kinds of important procedures , it’s my first visit, but I does seem like one stop...read full review

Not a usual patient but they treated us like family. Needed a deworming treatment to travel to the UK, they handled it perfectly and were very efficient and understanding of the situation!
