The hair is total garbage. I've been a customer for many years and the quality has gone down hill. The bonds break down after 2 months and the hair loses it's color and turns to black which is very embarrassing. I'm going with a new company from now on, great lengths isn't worth the money anymore

Tried calling and guy answers without even mentioning the company name, brusk abrupt answer to my first question, and when I tried to ask another he hangs up...? Hey great lengths, if this guy represents your corporate presence....maybe rethink this.

Gabriel Shimunov is AMAZING! I've been going to him for my hair extensions for 5 years and counting. I'm an actress and I have fine hair so after a visit with Gabriel at his laid back non stuffy salon, I walk out with a full head of hair that literally looks like its my own. I constantly surprise people when I tell them my hair isn't all mine. I'd recommend him to anybody because I know they won't be disappointed. Gabriel runs a great salon in a beautiful area of New York City & Greenwich. CT. with a friendly staff who are always very accommodating and sweet. Love, love, love my Gabriel!!
