At Great Jones Spa the massage was great, place was clean, and there were some good snacks. However, they do allow cell phones in the pool and spa area and 1 person was on a conference call with her phone on speaker for ALL to hear (so annoying and killed the spa vibe) and another person I swear he was taking photos of people but didn’t want to cause a scene and say something - just not a peaceful environment with people on their phones and speaker phones and busy! The spa area is also small so everyone can see everyone unless in the steam room. The waterfall is not as impressive as it is on the website.
I had a great massage today at Great Jones Spa - I did the deep tissue massage and Luis was amazing! I felt so energized after that. And the whole experience was great as well - the atmoshpere in Great Jones Spa is amazing - and they treat you vey nice. Strongly recommend! :)

Aromatherapy Massage by Diane was very good! Besides the massage, the steam sauna was my favorite (it was a invigorating eucalyptus steam). The water plunges are sized to accommodate the maximum of people allowed, which is great so they don't get over crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful while frequently walking about the premises. Water and light snacks are also provided. Will definitely return!
