Been going to this dry cleaners for years and I've never had a problem. I have a puppy who can get very messy and I always take my clothes and blankets that have stains to get it removed. I know how difficult it is to get stains removed so I am highly appreciative by the fact that they always remove the stains and it comes out perfect. The owner is very nice and always greets me with a smile. Will definitely be a long time customer.

Priceless service! Had dropped off three pieces the night before and realized the next morning that I needed a 24 hour turnaround. Had low expectations because it was my error for not requesting in the first place. Went back at 8:30am and explained my situation. They tracked down the items in the morning and called me in the afternoon that they will have them ready that evening. I wasn't in the neighborhood until later so owner said will drop off on his way home. Really now, PRICELESS! Thank you!

I needed an entire suit altered and ironed within 18 hours for a function I had the next day. They were quick, efficient, and really kind. We chatted a little while I was being sized up and to this day, months later, I just remember how well they treated me and how fantastic the final product was. I mentioned I wanted a more stylish cut, and he offered to take my suit in on the sides for a slimmer look. It wasn't something I had considered, but when I got my suit the next day, and ever since, I always get complimented on the fit. That was all Fleur de Lis.
