I had a major problem with my phone. I was not sure about if my phone could be fixed. I dropped it multiple times and the screen went blank. The two guys that worked there went above and beyond and helped me.They charged me a fair price. If I took my phone to another location it would be more expensive. These guys will know how to fix your phone and put you on ease. Forget 5 stars! They deserve 10!

Fast, knowledgeable, skillful, and friendly service! Searched for a tech repair shop that doesn’t just sell, but installs screen protectors on phones and Apple Watches. This was the only one in the Upper East Side and beyond. They did it in just a couple of minutes while I waited. Bought a phone case, too, from their wide selection, and picked up an extra USB-to-Lightning power cord, too. I will be back.
