Incredibly rude, bad communication. One simple question could not be answered clearly. Hate leaving bad reviews, but I would avoid this place based on their attitude alone. Sounds like they don’t want more business.

Avoid them at all cost. Fed up with untimely delivery, absorbent costs, and inability to be open on time at 7:30 AM to drop off clothing for services. This has happened on multiple occasions. In addition, they charge $17.50 per dress for dry cleaning, work dresses!!! Trust the negative reviews.

Never again. Bad service. Overcharged for something that is usually free. I know it's NYC, but come on, son. I stumbled in looking for Lee Custom Tailors (still haven't found it!). The tailor ignored me for a while. Then did sloppy measurements (ex. I'm a 17.5 neck. He wrote down 18.75 inches!) After standing there in the hot shop, he handed me a scribbled set of incorrect measurements. I thought, "No problem, I'll find another tailor and use those measurements." I plan to politely slip out when he charges me $10. For sloppily done, inaccurate measurements. Never, ever again.
