I visited Felicia's salon for the first time yesterday. My hair is natural and I received a partial weave and trim. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. First, Felicia is that rare professional who knows her craft AND listens to her clients. I was skeptical about all the positive reviews but now I know why. I have been to some of the most well known hairstylists and Felicia is at the top of my list. She sets herself apart by truly listening and giving honest feedback, while seeking input along the way. Been going to Felicia since 2017 and I won’t stop. She is personable, flexible and genuine. She remembers her clients and takes her work seriously. A one woman show she does it all and I am very grateful for her patience. My hair has never been healthier!
I visited the salon this February 2023. There is some construction going on due to a water pipe break. Felicia was overly apologetic about the appearance of the space and the ongoing work that was being done throughout the appointment but outside the suite. I appreciated her expressing care about my comfort. I waited a few minutes for her to finish a client and then she began my appointment for a haircut which included a silk press. Felicia spoke with knowledge about hair care, and gave recommendations on practices I could do to repair/grow my hair.She was very attentive and I left with a nice cut and beautiful curls.
