We just finished our second (and hopefully final) visit from EZ Pest. Obviously it's very stressful when you have unwanted pests; however, the EZ Pest crew has been helpful, assuring, and professional throughout. I initially called another company with a canine to do our inspection but I didnt have a great feeling about them and decided to reach out to EZ Pest based on their reviews for the extermination. I wasn't familiar with the low prep extermination method and I am honestly so grateful! It has saved us hours by not having to launder and bag all our belongings. Matthew was extremely patient and honest with me. I also spoke with Henry who gave me similar vibes. Dudes just seemed legit and genuine, and answered all my questions fully without sounding like they were lecturing me. People are really stressed out when they're worried they have bed bugs, and these guys' bedside manners are awesome. I was worried about their canine giving a false positive, and Matthew assured me that they have enough business to keep up with, without faking an infestation. The dog came, and he and his handler were super professional and the dog did not signal, so everyone was honest and above board.

After the treatment, I haven't seen a single bed bug. Highly recommend for anyone.
