This a great neighborhood cleaners. I've been bringing my dry cleaning here since moving to the neighborhood and have no complaints with their service, quality, or speed. Plus, their customer service is great and always very friendly! They also deliver for free to some local buildings (including mine next door) and consistently succeed at removing tough stains. They also offer good deals on tailoring. I've had several pants hemmed and have been pleased with the results every time.

I had a problem at Expert Cleaners that required involvement by the owner, Michelle. It was the first issue I've had with them and they've been doing my laundry (and doing it well) for several years. Michelle was great to work with. She has exceptionally high standards, and is very professional and responsive. In the end, we were able to come to an agreement. It is comforting to know that my clothes are in good hands, and if something does go wrong (I mean, occasionally things can happen anywhere) , the owner takes it very seriously and handles it fairly.
