A little challenging to find and an excellent discovery! Place is hidden inside the Sweets Laboratory shop in the back. The treatment specialist is extremely professional and courteous. Place is spotless, treatment process is well explained. The only challenge is the quantity of treatments required to remove hair is hard to gauge and depends on how the area and hair react - how much is growing back and how thick. They have frequently promotions so I recommend paying as needed rather than buying many sessions in advance also because the quantity of sessions needed can vary.

I love coming to NY Excy Laser Inc!! I've been to a few laser places in and they're definitely the best with the best results. Excy Laser Inc did a great job, and I'm super happy with my experience.

I would recommend Excy Laser to everyone. I booked counseling and actual treatment separately. On the day of counseling, a female staff listened my concern very carefully, and made a plan that fits me. She explained very detail and it was clear. Today was actual treatment and was my very first time of laser hair removal. I was so nervous. Was my shaving good enough? My naked body? What should I do if I sweating during the treatment? How much is the pain? Before the treatment, a female staff explained again which part is going to be shot by laser. This was good because I was able to confirm. During the treatment, laser was not painful than I expected. The body parts with more fat was no pain (hip and boobs), but the ones with less fat was painful (back, Brazilian). However, when she shots that painful areas, she made a pause after three shots like 1, 2, 3, pause if I groaned or screamed. This allowed me to take a breath and let the pain go. This way was so good. She knows how I feel. After the treatment, I directly went to Hanamizuki cafe, which is the same floor of Excy Laser to have a lunch. At that time, I already forgot how much the pain was. So don't worry the pain though it depends person. Overall, customer service was excellent, room was clean, and restroom was clean. People at the reception were all polite and friendly. Tips for the first treatment is to bring your favorite stuffed animal!! Yes I did. It worked!!
