Literally the best person trainer I have ever had and the most caring professional I have ever come across. I came to Essential Fitness to relieve chronic back pain and I have had better results in one day than months of chiropractic, partly because you learn how to fix the problem on your own later but mostly because Scott was so abundantly knowledgeable not only on physiology, but he also has a seemingly infinite treasure trove of exercises. He communicates so clearly that it would be impossibly to misunderstand him or to do an exercise incorrectly. Thank you for helping me towards a life full of strength of devoid of pain!
