If you want your hair dyed, cut, etc., in my honest opinion, they will do great work. But, they will give you one price over the phone or by text and charge you more when it's time to pay. Also, they charged me a $10 credit card fee. Unbelievably ridiculous. I will not be coming back. I feel that they charge that ridiculous fee if they think (key word "think") you are made out of money.

Overpriced. I’ve been to numerous salons and did the same process I did today ( color, trim hair) no one has ever charged me over 200. I got charged 350.
- they didn’t do the hair color I wanted after telling me it’s possible in the beginning, mid way thru bleaching they said I had to do something different
-they “trimmed” more than they said they would
-they were super unprofessional and unfriendly
-SLOW WORKERS, process took about 7 hours
-if you speak anything besides Spanish DO NOT GO HERE. They were so rude.

Disastrous, extremely expensive prices, waiting hours of 5 hours, you ask for a price and they give you one, when you finish they charge you another for me, something I have never seen in a hair salon. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN, and I THINK HOW WELL IF YOU ARE GOING TO GO AHHH THEY STAIN YOUR CLOTHES WITH DISCOLORATION SO IF YOU GO, WEAR VERY OLD OR BETTER CLOTHES, DON'T GO I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
