So delighted to have found this gem in the West Village. Xiomara is fantastic— so knowledgeable and great at what she does. I was delighted to meet her and will be going back regularly.
This was my first intensive facial and I can not recommend it enough, my skin was literally glowing days later!!!! Xiomara was so educational as she was working on my skin providing insight about tools to use, creams, and specifics for my skincare in particular. I literally came out GLOWING and days later I am still looking 10/10. This is now my go-to facial salon, I highly recommend!
First time at Elm spa and Xiomara was a DELIGHT! She did the micro-needling facial with PRP on me which I am in love with. Xiomara walked me through each step and I am so happy with the process! I already see results. Will be back in 8 weeks for round 2. Thank you, Xiomara!
