Elm Boutique Spa

Elm Boutique Spa is a small, cozy spa that offers a calming and relaxing atmosphere. They specialize in customized organic facials, including a unique approach to waxing using essential oils-based wax that is suitable for sensitive areas. The spa also offers various other treatments such as teeth whitening, PRP microneedling facials, LightStim LED therapy, microchanneling, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and BBGlow. A visitor's first experience at the spa was delightful, thanks to Xiomara who performed a micro-needling facial with PRP. The client was happy with the process and saw results, planning to return. Another client who had a deep pore facial with Xiomara also had a great experience, with well-prepped skin for extractions and a satisfying mask application. The studio is located in the heart of WV and has a lovely atmosphere.
