Someone recommended this place several years ago when I needed a handbag repaired. He did an excellent job on the handbag and I've been going to him ever since. He's cheerful, and his work is excellent. He's also responsive to what you need. I recently brought in a pair of boots that had always felt too high. He shortened the heel and did an excellent job. I love it!
I feel like good shoemakers are a dying art and Elite is a great artist. Highly recommend.
