So thankful to have met Mike Flynn who not only helped us select a perfect grey flooring for our Manhattan apartment but was on hand and ready to help with issues afterwards. He let us know that our flooring came with a lifetime warranty. Great service from Mike, who has a wealth of knowledge and expertise that he is happy to share. Fast forward 2 years later, I asked Mike for advice on flooring for an upstate home. Would have loved to go through Eastside Floor Supplies but it wasn't possible cos of the distance. Mike was immediately responsive and exchanged several emails providing solutions. I cannot recommend Eastside Floor Supplies enough, they are amazing thanks to the Mike who truly goes out of the way to help!

A little overdue with this review, but we bought 1500 sq of flooring for our primary residence in South Harlem. Matt was incredible, knowledgeable, and informative. My wife and I knew 'squat' about flooring and its varieties and options, but after our experience with Matt and his company, we feel like we can hang with the experts!!! I highly recommend! I first bought flooring from Eastside Floor Supplies almost 10 years ago after we purchased and gut renovated our apartment. We used about 1,000 square feet of wood flooring. They were extremely knowledgeable and provided a number of samples which we brought to our apartment and then selected the one we liked the most. The prices were very reasonable. Our contractor installed the product and it has help up very well. We recently had a water leak and I needed to replace some of that flooring. I got in touch with Mike from Eastside Floor Supplies who was very helpful in finding the product from our original purchase. He let me know that the manufacturer of the wood we purchased was out of business but that he would check his warehouse for any supplies they had on hand. He was able to find a full box of flooring the next day--about 30 square feet. When I went to pay him he let me know that he appreciated my business and there was no charge. I then scheduled a time to pick up the flooring and one of the guys in the warehouse brought it out and loaded it in my car. I see a couple recent reviews that are negative. There is another company with a similar name and it is possible that these negative reviews are mixed up. When I first tried to reach Eastside Floor Supplies after all these years, I got that company with a similar name in a similar location in east Harlem instead and then figured out the correct name and contact info. I cannot more highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.
