East West Holdings offers a unique fine dining experience with a focus on its One World red blend wine. The service is attentive and professional, with staff members who are knowledgeable about the menu and eager to make recommendations. The restaurant provides an incredible experience and top-notch hospitality. The view of New York City is a major plus from the fantastic restaurant on the 102nd floor. The food is outstanding, and the drinks are even better. East West Holdings is a great option for those looking for a fine dining experience with a stunning view and an amazing experience to remember.
It's quite the process to get into the restaurant. Almost felt militant. The hostess was gruff and rough, serviced was good but slow (and we had reservations for their opening time of 2PM), and the food came out medium warm. I was expecting better, especially considering their location. I'd re-visit the Observation Deck, one floor below, but I'd pass on the restaurant for a second time. So many better places to eat in NYC!
This is a wonderful experience. It offers the ambience 5/5 and views unmatched by anyone in the city. The food was 4/5, service was 4/5. It's a great value and worth every penny!
