I really like East River Medical Imaging. I was sent here for an ultrasound and arrived early expecting it to be packed. The wait was minimal as they greeted me upon arrival, checked me in, and had me wait at most 10 minutes before I was called in. The office was quiet and clean. The receptionist were lovely. The tech doing the ultrasound was straight to the point and had me in and out in no time. I now only go to East River's many locations for my imaging needs over every other imaging center in the city. It's always a great experience at all of their locations and they really do accommodate you if it's a rushed service that's required.
I went for HSG test and was a little bit nervous before the test, but I had a very good experience from the beginning. The waiting area of the office was quite, clean and organized. The receptionist was friendly and productive. I started the test on time. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me all the information I should be aware of and she was very patient to respond all questions I asked, she was also very sweet to help me relaxed during the procedure. The PA, Shayna had a good bedside manner, she explained all the details and did the procedure fast and smoothly. I highly recommend people to do this test here.
I had an excellent experience here for my MRI. From the moment I arrived. The receptionists were pleasant, the place was neat/clean and my MRI tech, Claudia was fantastic! She made me feel calm, she was professional , personable and had a really kind voice too. MRIs are loud and unpleasant but she made it tolerable. Thank you Claudia!!
