Brought in a worn-out hoodie and received it back in pristine condition. I've been a loyal customer for four years and consistently impressed by the excellent service and top-notch quality.
The service and the friendliness is so unexpected that instead of dropping my things off at the dry cleaners at the corner of my apartment, I drive the extra 10 blocks to get my clothes serviced at this establishment.
