He is super knowledgable and walked me through the several diamonds that I was considering.Instead of trying to upsell me, like other companies have tried, he talked me through what was the most important things to consider when purchasing a diamond and gave genuine feedback on the few I was considering. Ultimately, he let me decide on the perfect diamond for my situation without pressuring me towards another diamond. I’ve had nothing short of an amazing experience with DreamStone. They offer the most affordable and high quality diamonds I’ve seen online and in person. I am so happy to have a ring I love and will enjoy for many many years to come! Great customer service and smooth process (i.e., customized ring development, receipt, resizing, etc.) with no issues.

Ethan was so amazing to work with from start to finish. I am so happy we took our time to research and found Dreamstone. If you want a beautiful ring and amazing quality- look no further. I’m in Palm Beach and initially spoke with Ethan over the phone. He took notes on what I was looking for and sent down gorgeous diamonds from NY for us to look at. We weren’t rushed and found the most beautiful stone at an extremely fair price. From there, we worked together to design a custom ring. Ethan kept me informed each step of the way and was so easy to work with. I am so in love with how it came out. Thank you!!!
