    After more than 20 years going to the same clinic, they call me and tell me that they no longer accept my Medical Plan. I called and made an appointment on June 18 and a doctor called me... he briefly read my results, I made another appointment with the other doctor because there were other results and some medications that I took that had to be changed... they confirmed it for me. for June 22 at 12:45, by phone...they send me confirmations, on Saturday the 22nd they call me and tell me that they cannot assist me because they no longer accept my medical plan. Just as if nothing had happened, they released me without attention and without medication.

    The doctors are very friendly, but the women who work in reaction have no education, they act boring no matter how nice you talk to them, they always respond with attitude. And when you call they simply pick up the phone and don't say a word, until you he is forced to close the call. Unfortunately that is not a place that knows how to deal with people, if that is with middle-aged people, I imagine how they deal with older people.

    The doctors are very good but unfortunately the staff front desk ... have not manners to the patient.. always with bad attitude.. boring and acting like they making us a favor when we ask for get any questions or try to talk with doctors... we paying our appointments always I don't know why is the reason to be mean with patients acting annoying.
