Ever since I moved to NY i struggled for so long to find a salon that is able to do a really good blowout on my curly hair and that won't charge me 76 bucks for a wash and blow dry and won't charge me extra for straightening my curly hair because they suck at blow drying. Do yourself the favor and come here and get your hair done with Carina(I think that's her name or Katrina), she is amazing!! I have gotten several Dominican blowouts in Jersey and my scalp felt fried. Not once did my scalp burn here at Dolores. Everyone there is so friendly and hilarious! Can't wait to go back! Also have amazing prices and they leave your hair beautiful with a long lasting blow out.

They did a great job with my hair. Luz is amazing, and so is Violeta. Luz did have a lot of customers, so it took a while before my rollers were taken off for a blow dry. Other than that, the service was great.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Rating 4 stars and not five and I'll explain why Pros are as follows :-Arrived without an appointment and was seen directly by the owner promptly -Work was great and my hair and my daughter's looked shiny and healthy afterwards (I got a single process hair color and wash and blow out and daughter got a wash and blow out)-business looked modern and busy, they clearly get their fair share of clientele Cons-upon arrival I sensed a certain cattiness from the rest of the staff when I asked for the owner directly -explained exactly what I wanted and my history of having color snafus and how it's hard for my hair to absorb the color evenly all over and in the end it still didn't...read full review
