I rarely post reviews about businesses, but I feel compelled to express my experience to the business. I received a mani and pedi a week ago from the business. Firstly, the didn't offer me water, and the woman kept of grabbing my hand to make me "hold still." After I was done, the woman demanded I tip her %15-20%. Tip to business - be kinder to your customers, offer water, and don't be rude when you're doing someone's nails. Also - your fees are crazy. The job wasn't commensurate with the $105 fee. I'd happily tip more if you provided better service. I will not be going back.

This is a nice nail salon on the UES I have been to a few times. I get regular manicures and pedicures - both have always been excellent. The prices are higher than what I am used to paying, so I come here whenever I want to treat myself.

I've been to several and i mean MANY nail spas within the states and overseas and this place has always been my safe haven and comfort for the past 10 years. It is clean and peaceful, and services are excellent. The staff are seasoned and professional and friendly. I can't go anywhere else. I've been spoiled...badly. And I can't rave enough about Cynthia's facials. It is literally a whole body healing experience and i come out feeling like a new person. She is seriously a miracle-worker. But y'all get in line because she's mine!! ?
