I had a concern about bedbugs. I called and explained my situation. Jeff was extremely helpful and asked me why I thought I had bedbugs, which no other company had asked that simple question. He said based on my description, it wasn’t clear if I had bedbugs and to wait until Thursday if I had any other bites to decide and that it could’ve just been a random bug. Waiting until Thursday and nothing else occurred. I appreciate his practical advice, rather than urging me to do a $300+ inspection that might not have been necessary — which is what all the other companies were doing.

Absolutely amazing. Not only was fronte the dog obedient and adorable but he worked really hard to scout bed bugs. Thankfully no bed bugs were present. Jeff the bed bug inspector was able to show me with a bed bug scented rag how his dog would have reacted if there were actually bed bugs. Jeff was honest, efficient, speedy and thorough. This is as good as it gets. I’m so incredibly grateful to him and highly recommend his services. Tysm for everything!!!!

I truly never leave reviews because I’m not a crazy person, but the inspection made my entire week. I have been so paranoid and Jeffrey and his dog were so reassuring. He (Jeffrey, not the dog) took time to answer all of my questions, and the dog did a thorough sweep of my entire house (good news, no bed bugs!). I could not be happier with the service provided!
