“Secondary to a malfunctioning air conditioner, the carpet in a 12X12 office space became very wet. Because of that, and the accompanying odor, the space became unusable. Fortunately, and given their appreciation of the urgency of this matter, NYTDR was able to expeditiously come to our location and assess the situation. I was prepared to accept what I anticipated would be their professional recommendation and be told that to rectify this situation would require a considerable amount of time and money. Not so! Quite to my very pleasant surprise, I was informed that in their professional opinion that would not be necessary – and that running a couple of box fans for a couple of days in addition to utilizing the space’s air conditioner should be sufficient. Subsequently bringing in an organization, such as Stanley Steamer, should be considered. They felt that the use of their own professional services would not be needed.
