I've been to a few PTs in the past 10 years varying on different physical issues I was having. I saw Maria at this location and she was hands down the best PT I've had and help diagnose the problem with my shoulder. Front desk staff is friendly as well. Tbh, the first reviewer with 1 start should have done her research and contacted her insurance instead of blaming the office staff.

After having my first PT session today with Maria Mezzadri and Carlos I can already tell I made a good choice. The studio is super conveniently located right by the 57th street subway station in midtown. The inside is clean, bright, and frequently sanitized (which, knowing what we know about COVID transmission is probably overkill, but still!). Check in process was smooth and easy with temperature checks and hand-washing required. Maria was a pleasure to work with and I never felt rushed for even a second. Everyone was friendly and it was just an overall positive experience. Will definitely be back!
