I used Comfort Keepers of New York to look after my mother-in-law while my husband and I were out of town. I loved the personalized attention received when I contacted them on short notice. I also felt that their asking about what personality traits I desired of the caregiver was great and as a result the assigned caregivers were a good fit for us. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was having to use Zelle as a payment method instead of a credit card [due to my contacting them on short notice]. Highly recommend!
Lisa McNee and Comfort Keepers have been phenomenal partners in home healthcare. They treat each client with patience, compassion and dignity. As the owner of a healthcare consulting company, we have frequently collaborated on homebound seniors with multiple comorbidities. Comfort Keepers enables clients to remain in their own homes regardless of age, diagnosis or support system. I highly recommend this wonderful organization!
