My current install was causing me some issues, so I had it removed and then I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Kerry when I flew into town for my husband's holiday party 3 days after my install removal in my home state. Kerry made my consultation process a very easy one. Over the phone, she was extremely attentive, listened to my current concerns and guided me through her process of what she offers and that put me at ease. When I arrived to the new salon (Salon Joli) the day of my appointment, Kerry ready for me (I didn't have to wait), she was very accommodating, very personable and extremely professional. Her salon is calming, clean, warm and inviting. Kerry's install time is quite fast, painless (no tension/pulling) and I LOVE the hair she suggested and used. I have had my install in for almost 2 weeks now and I had my first maintenance appointment today (in my home state) and the hair washed well, curled well, didn't shed and again...no issues with tension or pulling from the install. My biggest critic...my husband...LOVES my hair!!! Before you ask where are my pictures...when I initially received my install as soon as Kerry finished, it started to rain, I walked 4 blocks back to my hotel, perspired and while my hair was still VERY cute...it was no longer photo ready (in my opinion)...LOL. Today...after my first maintenance appointment my hair came out fabulous...but as I write this review, I'm operating on 3 hours of sleep so my face is not photo ready...LOL. I will update with a pictures soon. Bottom line...GO to Kerry...RUN to Kerry. You will not be disappointed!!! Thank YOU Kerry!

This is a very good experience. My group of 3 are going to a gala, and managed to get all 3 down in 1.5 hrs. The stylist was very professional. She made the blowout curl looks perfect, and in order to hold the curl till late evening, she pinned the curl to my head and told me to release until 2 hours before the gala. My hairstyle kept a perfect wave at the stage. Will def come back!

Boutique studio with down-to-earth stylists. I had a great experience and got a *great* haircut. Liz heard what I was saying about the cut I wanted, knew how to work with my type of hair, and also somehow knew that I didn't like a lot of product. Very intuitive and observant. The place is also very accommodating. Coffee, tea and water in the waiting room ... though there isn't much of a wait. :)
