Adam always goes above and beyond for us when caring for our dog. CityWags is a very dedicated pet care company. The service is exceptional - it feels as though family is taking care of our dog, not a pet care company, because they are SO good with her. They always look out for any health issues, their priority is to make the dog feel as happy as they are at home, in fact sometimes our dog seems like she wants to go to spend a weekend/week with Adam more than with us! I have two akc champion boxers and I have never felt more comfortable and now I wouldn’t leave them with anyone else. One is gone now and I appreciate the extra care toward end of her life. The male is hyper and stubborn but kind and good heart and they were so patient and loving and I can’t thank you enough.

It's difficult to convey how grateful I am that I found Adam. My dog is a real handful - he's anxious, reactive, and high energy. Other large "high end" boarding outfits in the city suggested we look elsewhere, and their trainers weren't able to help him. Adam, on the other hand, instantly connected with my dog and showed him that he was a trusted caregiver. Adam has a striking ability to understand exactly what dogs need to put them at ease. His knowledge, experience and confidence makes dog owners comfortable when entrusting him with a dog's care. He's really the best.
