I accidentally stepped on my frame last night, and half of it was severely bent. After having dim sum next door, I went into the store, trying my luck to see if they would help me fix it. And sure they did! The gentleman who helped me did an excellent job and took his time to ensure my glasses were back to normal. I offered to pay for his service but they insisted it was complimentary. I didn't even buy my glasses from them. So I will leave this review here first to thank them for their generosity. And I will definitely return when I need a new pair of glasses or contacts in the future!

I’ve been a contact wearer for 20 years and Chinatown Optical is the first place to suggest a different brand that both fits better and costs a fraction of the price. Also, order your contacts through them!! The sticker price was half the price of the online costs and not only that, the employees there gave me all the paperwork I needed and step by step directions to get an extra $200 off. Highly recommend for all optical needs.

Unfortunately I have one of those faces that it takes me ages to find the right pair of glasses. So every time I need a new pair I have to visit 10-20 new shops. After sweeping all of Chinatown's stores, I stumbled upon this place; they have a good variety of conservative shapes and some more fashion-forward options for those who dare. Prices are also a good range from more affordable to luxury items. Gentleman in the pony tail who helped me was very patient with my requests to try on a variety of shapes, and my lenses were ready earlier than expected.
