I have now gone there for 2 different services, waxing and a massage. Both exceeded my expectations As far as waxing, Carmen makes you feel 100% comfortable, no judgement and ALWAYS pays mind to your needs. She is super chill and professional. The massage was amazing. Great pressure and attacked all the spots I asked of her. The studio is everything you should expect In a spa. Spotless clean, serene music playing in the background, decor is all up to date and very private. As far as pricing, I think it’s very fair. You get exactly what you pay for. And besides, it is NYC. I stumbled upon this place when my regular esthetician was booked and I couldn't get an appointment... I needed a facial badly. I am so glad I chose Cherish and that I found Carmen. She is AMAZING!! I had the best facial of my life, I have brown skin and always had trouble finding someone who knows how to handle it or use the right product or use the proper technique that is required for my skin type. She is knowledgeable and kind. I felt so comfortable with her and can't wait to go back! Love the place and obviously love Carmen! The best in town.

You just met your newest addiction! Every therapist I've seen here sends me to another world. My tension is unreal on a regular basis and a massage at Pho Siam is the only cure! I don't think a normal spa can handle my back and neck, so this place is perfect with the ladies using their elbows, feet, knees and hands to melt away the knots. Most other spas just concentrate a luxurious experience and slacking on the actual healing. Screw fancy music and aromatherapy oils, just dig your elbows into my shoulder blades until i can't take anymore.
