A lot of banks just don't have an in house notary public anymore- we tried the Chase next door to this Charles Schwab location and they told us "come back at 3pm, the notary public MIGHT come in"... nobody's got time for that!I saw Schwab next door and ran in to see if they could help-I didn't even have my Schwab debit card on hand but the snazzily dressed gentleman at the front desk patiently heard me out and quickly reached out to his colleague who was a notary public, who came out to help us a few minutes later.I appreciated the excellent customer service at this location!

I've been using this branch for years and have always been happy. I love their platform as most things can be done online, but anytime i've needed to go into the branch has been a positive experience. The staff is friendly and they know what they are doing.There are some difficulties given that the 'bank' (opposed to the broker/dealer) is in Florida and that can slow down the process, but that isn't the branch's fault.As a long time customer, i'm very happy with Schwab and this branch in particular.
