I found Built when I was trying to navigate the new and confusing NYC Dept of Buildings TPP "Tenant Protection Plan" inspection compliance process. It's a real ambiguous area and this company was knowledgeable. But what really motivated me to write this is what happened after calling: turns out, my residential project was exempt from weekly inspections. Many inspection companies would be unscrupulous and withhold that info, but David Brinkman at Built Engineers helped me figure out I was exempt.
