Aaron Shirazi showed me an incredible apartment in Manhattan just recently. Even though I did not get approved for the apartment he was super helpful throughout the application process. I appreciate his professionalism and it is a great reflection of his company as a whole. I hope to work with building equity management in the near future!

Fantastic company very well run. They have taken care of all of our buildings needs and have all of our tenants feel like family. Jared minc was exceptional he adopted one of the stray cats running around our neighborhood and helped my mother file her taxes this year.
