Shiatsu: is a holistic hands-on-approach using various hand techniques, easing flowing movements and varying pressure, the therapist can access meridian energy lines and work on muscles and connective tissue (ligaments and tendons) to balance energy in the body.
Thai Yoga Massage: is an ancient therapy which integrates yoga from India, acupressure from China, and guiding meditation from Thailand. You will be moved into a series of stretches without doing any of the work yourself. This enables you to have a rejuvenating experience while receiving yoga-like benefits of stretching.
Both Shiatsu and Thai Yoga Massage will be on a specially designed low table table in the traditional method. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
