I recently toured properties in Greenpoint Landing. Amber was the leasing consultant who toured the property. She was amazing. She was prepared, efficient, knowledgeable, and offered prompt communications throughout the process. The property was of course beautiful and the amenities are hard to find around the city. But what confirmed my decision to lease here was definitely the way I was treated. There is a ton of availability in Greenpoint at the moment and this made this property stand out. Thank you for the great service!

Truly terrible management at waterside plaza. Takes forever to get any maintenance work done and Cynthia with the leasing office ignores all emails for weeks on end. I've had a draft in my apartment and maintenances solution was to tape a trash bag to the unit. That was unacceptable so my roommate wrote a few emails to Cynthia and received no response. We had another maintenance gentleman come in today to fix the unit and when he opened it, I saw that there were 2 canvas bags stuffed inside the unit to stop the draft. Why this company won't allow repairs is beyond me. The maintenance guy who came today was very apologetic and tried his best to fix the unit. I will say that the doormen (Carlos, Byron etc) are incredible. They are so friendly and remember everyone who lives in the building. 3 stars for the maintenance guy who came today and the doormen

I recently toured the greenpoint landing buildings and had a really great experience. The leasing. A agent Amber was amazing! Walked myself, my wife and baby through the busking showing us the units we wanted to see. Amber answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. However the best part of this experience was the Administrative Assistant who stayed alittle bit after hours on a Saturday (because we were asking so many questions) and entertained our son who was instantly drawn to her. She kept him occupied and we were able to concentrate and ask the questions we really needed to know in order to lease. I would definitely recommend leasing with this office!
