We have two new beautiful bathrooms thanks to Broadway Kitchens & Bath!! The vanities we ordered were exactly what we wanted. The staff is professional, helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Delivery was on time, no delays. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your next renovation.

I'd always been told that kitchen renovations were the toughest. We had already lived in the apartment during two separate bathroom renovations. It was time to find a new general contractor. We found that interviewing contractors for the job was stressful: costs were not disclosed up front and none gave us the feeling that we could trust them to deal with us fairly. So, it turned out to be a welcome pleasure to deal with Broadway Kitchen and Bath's owner, Jeff Chinman. From the beginning, he was honest and forthcoming about all aspects of the renovation. He really is a gem: a NYC vendor for many years who really has the customer's best interests in mind. While the showroom is unimpressive, it turns out that everything ordered through them turned out to be of good quality and reasonably priced. As various unexpected expenses were incurred, additional charges were also handled in a fair manner. At times when another contractor might have taken the easy way out on some aspect of the job, we found that Jeff would listen to our concerns and would try to find a solution that would satisfy us. No cutting corners! The two associates who were assigned to our job were terrific: Jimmy and Oscar. They managed to be as unobtrusive as they could be (e.g., cutting wood out on our balcony even in the bitter cold to minimize dust and noise). Would I hire them again? YES, absolutely. Did they meet expectations? YES, over and above.
