Customer service is top notch! Their specialists, Eugene and Reginald, make you feel at home and their focus is only on you. They are really detailed in the process of your custom glasses. The styles and colors are beautiful and unique. I still can't believe how much lighter they are than mainstream glasses and how they don't touch my face. I'm just happy we have one of the only US stores in NYC.

I am so happy Breezm is here in NYC. This is my favorite glasses because it is 100% customized for my face. Super comfy, super light, and love their technology. Wish more people know about the brand!! Highly recommend to visit the store! Once you know it, you will love it!

I love the whole experience from the first appointment to end when I picked up my glasses. I have a really high RX (-13 and -11), wide face frames and I’ve never thought I could ever find something functional and stylish. Eugene and Reggie gave top notch customer service experience, very informative, helpful, honest and friendly. Highly recommended.
