I've been using their service for my tax return since 2017. Anna has been my main contact and I find her and the team very professional in service and always provide answers to my questions in prompt manner. They always keep me posted and deliver as they promise. Besides, they also provide suggestions and follow up for my next year tax. I would certainly recommend and keep using their services.

I found Anna 5 years ago, when I had a complicated situation of being on a visa, but have been in US for too long to be a non-resident. Also I was on H1B and then to F1, my income changed from a wage to a stipend - an just to add some more complication, my home country had a tax treaty with the US. Turbotax told me I owed $4000 in taxes which couldn't have been true so I went to the local HR block and to my dismay, they didn't even recognize the forms that I was required to fill out. I am so glad to have found this place. I came two weeks ago to have my taxes filed, which was super last minute considering how taxes were dued April 15th. I had visited several accounting firms before coming to this one; all had either refused to help me file my taxes due to how last minute it was or wanted to charge me an insanely high price (double to triple their usual fee). Anna, their main CPA, was more than willing to help me out without charging me a crazy inflated price. Due to the difficult nature of my return (which included several states, a company, some stocks, and foreign income), tax firms often don't know how to file my return properly. There would always be something wrong with my return and I would always have to request for amendments, which is time consuming and tedious. However, I was reassured by a staff member, Katie, that my return is in good hands since this accounting firm specializes in this type of return. I was told to "drop off" my documents and come back in a few days to pick it up with my return. At first, I was really skeptical about this because I had never done a "drop off" before. Essentially, I was to leave my documents with them until my return is ready for pick up. I usually have my return done in front of me and on the spot so I was a little nervous about it. And guess what? I worried for nothing! My return was done before I knew it and Katie was so kind as to explain to me why and how my return came out to be what it was. To sum it up, great customer service, cheap price for excellent quality work, and totally exceeded my expectations. Definitely going to have my company's bookkeeping and taxes done here too. 10/10 would recommend.
