Edmond is an amazing trainer! He helped me get in the best shape of my life for my 20 year high school reunion. Fun, motivating workouts that got me real results. When the pandemic happened, he kept me motivated and in shape through varied and rewarding zoom workouts.

I only wish there was a 6th star. Heads and shoulders above any other gym I have been to and I base this on 50 years as a gym rat. The owner, Roscoe , has been my trainer for well over a decade and once again I wish there was a sixth star.
