I had a good experience here. It was dead when I got in which was nice so they took me right away. The girl who did my nails was thorough and easy to communicate with. The gel nail color selection is a bit more limited than what I'm used to but I was pleased with the result. It got busy before I left, I'm surprised there aren't more reviews. Also another thing to note is they aren't rough with your nails, they remove any parts of the nail that may chip later and they seem to be a bit careful about how they place the polish so it does not come out lumpy or uneven.

Three stars because the actual pedicure and gel manicure they gave me was very good. Deducting two stars and seriously considering not going back due to what I considered "bait and switch" of the pricing. I was in a stressful time in my life and came in to get a mani and pedi and asked for the package of regular pedi and gel mani, which the manicurist agreed to. I figured gel would be $10-$15 max more. When the service completed they charged me $30 more than the package price for gel. COVID precautions are not in place. No plexiglass separating the stations, no temp check. Terrible customer service, and attitude of workers. I asked for a different color because once applied, it was too sheer. Was told during pedicure to get it myself. Cut around my toes and at the end of all of that a super basic pedicure was $35 with $5 tip $40, and I don't like it. Going to take it off when I get home. I came to help support them during this time, and unfortunately they were ungrateful and not customer centered at all.
