Great business! Super receptive and they deliver and pick up. Very helpful staff and a sweet man running the store. Would definitely recommend. They do a great job with your clothes and other laundry needs.

We've been coming here for years now. The service is always satisfying, my dry cleaning is returned with care, W&F smells really good, and most importantly they are very nice people! I know how hard for small businesses during the pandemic, but they survived and is still so helpful!Service: Delivery

i've been using Bliss since i moved to the ues (as a then-single lady) almost ten years ago. my husband mostly takes care of the drop off/pick up duties now but in both of our experiences, they have been the sweetest and most gracious and welcoming people in the neighborhood. during the height of the pandemic, they stayed open with limited hours when a lot of other launderers closed, and we are still so grateful for that. we're probably going to be moving out of the neighborhood soon and i just want everyone to know that Bliss is great and that they'll make you feel like family.
