Pros: -The service was good, the hair saloon was clean and the hair stylist was nice Cons: -Terrible haircut (Not "I don't like the hairstyle" awful, but "my hair got stuck in the fan and I had to pull it out" awful) -Terrible "keratin". I have done keratin probably 7 times in my lifetime, this is hands down the worst one. My hair is rather straight at baseline but I wanted to get rid of some waviness and frizz. The staffs here are absolutely commendable; like they just do their jobs as if they are having fun and just chit chatting with the customers. Really enjoyed my experience here with my wife especially her just to be precise. Great place and amazing customer service. What more can you ask for.
