This is a RENTAL company. The website looks like a purchase transaction, but everything there is for a RENTAL. For a shipping label, they charge $40, and they charge $70 for UPS ground. It's better to ship it yourself. I just spent close to $300 for the items that I did not use because I opened the original box that came with. Stupid me not reading their honorable contract. Who am I? A lawyer?? They carry nice products, but make sure what you are getting self into.
Extremely poor experience. Bought a table linen and returned it because it was not what I expected (did not use, in its original packaging), and the company refused to refund my purchase.
We used BBJ Linens for our wedding and they were fantastic. Very easy to use, and the linens were beautiful. They arrived early, perfectly pressed and they were easy to return. Definitely recommend them for all their help and gorgeous linens.
