So far a great experience with Bark & Birch, and especially with their trainer Kristi Mallet in Long Beach. I trusted her with my lil guy Samwise (Sheepadoodle) who was just 4 months old. Every day Kristi would send me pictures and video updates/lessons that she would go over with my puppy. Would be a highlight of my day not only because I obviously missed my dog but also because I was happy to see him enjoying himself and learning a lot very quickly. Wow! This company is falling apart fast! After securing my spot for "board and train" with a payment of $500 I can't get in touch with anyone! Customer service doesn't call back and sales person's email address no longer exists. Please read reviews carefully, the trainers might be fantastic (didn't get a chance to experience) but the company's structure is caving.
The worst company i have ever known if. They took our money on black Friday. Still waiting for an appointment. There phone is disconnected and Email is inactive. DO NIT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!! I GOING TO THE BBB AFTER THE POLICE TO FIKE FRAUD CHARGES.
